New Delhi, Jun 22 : Tricom India Ltd, a non-voice Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) major, today announced that it is in the final stages of acquiring two firms--Mastiff Tech and Mastiff Internet Media Solutions--which will strengthen its operations.
 
''The formalities for these acquisitions are expected to be completed within next few weeks,'' the Mumbai-based company said in a statement.

However, the company did not disclose the financial details.

With these acquisitions, Tricom will also have a domestic client base.

Both companies--Mastiff Tech and Mastiff Internet Media Solutions --are leading providers of niche internet technology solutions.
